User Impact: Users may be unable to connect to Exchange Online via any protocol.

Current status: We've identified that a recent code regression within the MailTips feature has inadvertently affected how our systems process some traffic, causing intermittent access issues to Exchange Online through any protocol. We're working to temporarily disable the MailTips feature to mitigate impact. Additionally, we will continue to identify what has caused this regression to occur and develop a more permanent fix which will allow us to re-enable MailTips functionality.
